Payment Methods

 

We offer several convenient payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits you.

 

1. Online Payment by Bank Card

 

The fastest and most convenient method is payment by Visa or Mastercard bank card directly on our website. After placing your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment system page where you can enter your card details and confirm the payment. All transactions are processed using modern security protocols, so your payment data is reliably protected.

 

Paying by card online allows you to:

 

- confirm your order instantly;

- receive your book as quickly as possible;

- take advantage of free delivery under the appropriate conditions (more details below).

 

2. Cash on Delivery (Payment upon Receipt)

 

If you are used to paying for goods directly at the time of receipt, we offer the option of cash on delivery - payment in cash or by card upon receiving your order at a Nova Poshta branch or from a courier. This is a convenient option for those who want to first make sure the order has been fulfilled correctly.

 

Important: Nova Poshta charges an additional fee for transferring funds in the case of cash on delivery. The fee is 2% of the order amount + 20 UAH. This fee is paid by the recipient.

 

3. Non-Cash Payment for Legal Entities

 

For companies, organizations, and institutions purchasing books for their own needs or to replenish library collections, we offer non-cash payment by invoice. To do this, contact our manager using the contacts listed in the "Contact Us" section, and we will issue you an invoice for payment.

 

4. Cash

 

If you choose pickup from our warehouse or office, you can pay in cash directly at the time of receiving your order. Detailed information about the address and working hours for pickup can be found in the "Delivery" section.

 

Delivery Methods

 

We cooperate with Ukraine's leading logistics companies to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and intact.

 

1. Nova Poshta

 

Nova Poshta is Ukraine's most popular delivery service, providing fast and reliable transportation. We offer three options:

 

  •  Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch - you receive an SMS notification when your package arrives and can pick it up at a convenient time. Free storage period is 5 days.
  • Delivery to a postomat - a fast and convenient way to receive your order without queues, 24/7.
  • Courier delivery - delivery straight to your door.

 

Delivery time: 1–3 business days.

 

Delivery cost via Nova Poshta: from 80 UAH (depending on the weight of the order and the region).

 

2. Ukrposhta

 

Ukrposhta is a reliable partner that ensures delivery to the most remote corners of Ukraine. This is an excellent choice for residents of small towns and villages where Nova Poshta may not operate.

 

Delivery time: 3–7 business days.

 

Delivery cost via Ukrposhta: from 50 UAH (depending on weight and region). Ukrposhta offers affordable rates, making this method cost-effective for orders of any size.

 

3. Pickup

 

If you are in Kyiv, you can use free pickup from our office or warehouse. This is the ideal option for those who want to receive their books as quickly as possible and without additional delivery costs.

Free Delivery

 

We value our customers and want to make your purchases even more pleasant. That is why we offer free delivery under the following conditions:

Please note: free delivery applies after discounts and promotional offers have been applied.

 

Order Processing Times

 

  • E-books (PDF, EPUB, FB2): a download link is sent to your email immediately after payment.
  • Paper books: shipments are made within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (pre-holiday days, seasonal promotions), processing time may increase to 5 business days.

 

You will receive notifications about all changes to your order status via the provided phone number and email address.

 

International Delivery

 

We deliver books worldwide. If you are outside Ukraine, you can also order books from our bookstore.

 

Delivery abroad is carried out via Nova Poshta Global, Ukrposhta, or Meest Poshta. The cost of international delivery is calculated individually depending on the destination country, the weight of the order, and the chosen delivery service.

 

International delivery time: from 10 to 30 days.

 

Important: international delivery is available exclusively with 100% prepayment. After placing your order, our manager will contact you to clarify details and calculate the delivery cost.

 

Product Returns

 

If you receive a book of improper quality (printing defects, damage during transportation), you have the right to return and exchange the product in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

 

To process a return:

2. Describe the issue and provide photos of the damage (if possible).

3. We will agree with you on the return and replacement procedure.
